In this article, Uzay Yasar Aysev and Wayne Jordash QC of Global Rights Compliance analyse the decision rendered on 23 January 2020 by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Gambia v. Myanmar case instigating provisional measures for the protection of the Rohingya from genocide.
