Accountability for Starvation: Yemen Policy Paper

The Policy Brief on Starvation in Yemen analyses the economic and military strategies adopted by all parties to the conflict in Yemen which turned the country into the world’s worst humanitarian crisis. The paper highlights how famine has been intentionally imposed upon civilians and details the prospects for accountability.

The Paper was authored by Sama’a al Hamdani, an independent researcher, together with Alex de Waal and Global Rights Compliance.
