GRC launched the second in its Starvation Policy Paper Series. GRC and the World Peace Foundation commissioned case country experts to draft papers on starvation South Sudan. Tong Den Anei, who drated the South Sudan Paper is a South Sudanese researcher affiliated to the World Peace Foundation. The paper can be accessed here.
