GRC launched the third in its Starvation Policy Paper Series. GRC and the World Peace Foundation commissioned case country experts to draft a paper on starvation in Syria. Damaan Humanitarian Organisation delivered food and humanitarian aid to Syrian civilians during the siege of Eastern Ghouta. They witnessed first hand the use of hunger as a weapon of war.
