Global Rights Compliance is releasing the third of its papers to support the amendment sequentially in May, June and the beginning of July 2019 to mirror the dates when the Working Group on Amendments of the Assembly of State Parties (ASP) to the International Criminal Court (ICC) will meet to discuss the proposed amendment. Thereafter, and until the ASP meeting in December 2019, it will continue to feature articles and interviews linked to the proposed amendment.
