Catriona Murdoch to participate at the International Law Week in New York
GRC is privileged to be co-sponsoring an event at International Law Week in New York with, amongst others, the Governments of Switzerland and The Netherlands on “Accountability for the War Crime of Starvation.” Catriona Holmes, one of GRC’s Senior Legal Consultants, will be speaking alongside Alex de Waal, the UN OHCHA, and Ambassador Corinne Cicéron Bühlerthe, Director of the Directorate of International Law for the Swiss FDFA. This is the 3rd high-level panel event on starvation that GRC has been invited to attend in New York.
