Resources for StatesModel Instrument of Acceptance
To guarantee that instruments of ratification are accepted in deposit, States should make sure that they comply with the requirements of the Guidelines issued by the Legal Counsel of the United Nations. To assist, GRC has prepared a compliant Model Instrument of Acceptance (or Ratification) for the Starvation Amendment, ready for use.
